Coach Ric Marta is an incredible coach, guardian, and mentor who has played a pivotal role in shaping my soccer journey. I've had the privilege of training under Coach Ric since the age of 14, and the impact he has had on my development as a player and as an individual is immeasurable. Coach Ric takes a vested interest in his players and practices a holistic approach to coaching in which he not only gets to know a player’s skill set and deficiencies, but also their state of mind and psyche. This personalized focus on the individual beyond the game is a rare quality that makes him stand out among other coaches.
